Vintage Chanel Mini Dress Babydoll Jane Birkin XS S petite Black. Sale is for the dress, only. Super cute, very-Chanel Chanel Boutique dress. The dress is rather old the writing has worn off the tag, so I'm not sure of the materials or the original size. My guess is a fine wool or wool-silk blend with silk grosgrain trim and silk lining (that has tiny CC logo embroidered all over). The gold-toned buttons display Coco Chanel's profile on them. The dress was originally a long shift dress. I had it shortened to suit me better. Please note I am 5'2" and normally wear XS/S. The dress is worn without pinning. The lining inside has raw edges on one side, left by my tailor. The dress was longer and possessed a button placket so you couldn't fully unbutton the dress. I had my tailor hem it at the end of the button placket which is why the lining is raw, that was the end of the placket. Does not impact wear of course. Please refer to the images to get the measurements to determine best fit. It's best suited for a petite person, but a taller person could easily layer it over a skirt or some pants. I included some photos for styling reference (I'd never wear that yellow belt, but I just moved and I'm not sure where my other belts are).
